ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 09.08.2019 for renewal of driving license in Driving License No.NL01 1995 0022079 for HTV & LMV classes.

Considering the narrow prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for renewal of his driving license for HTV and LMV classes, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already renewed. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
