The matter has been pending from the year 2017 . Earlier, when the matter had come up before this court on 28.03.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby, the matter was posted for dismissal. Thereafter, the matter had been listed on 14.06.2017 and the petitioner had been directed to take private notice. Once again, when the mater had come before this court on 28.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter had been once again directed to be posted under the caption, 'For dismissal'. 2.Thereafter, the matter had come up in the list on 05.07.2017 and it had been directed to be posted on 18.07.2017. It is seen from the records that Private notice taken to the second respondent, had been returned with an endorsement of 'insufficient address'.
