ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 29.04.2023 with regard to claim of the petitioner's appointment on compassionate grounds in the light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.31276 of 2016 order dated 08.09.2016 and W.P.(MD).No.22277 of 2019 order dated 11.11.2019.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that his father, who was working in the Respondent Department died in harness on 03.03.2023 and the petitioner made a representation on 29.04.2023 seeking appointment on compassionate appointment, i.e., within a period of three years which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2023 for compassionate appointment and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
