This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.205 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On summons, Today, Mr.S.E.Sardar, Inspector, Thiruvalankadu Police Station, Thiruvalur District, is present.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecution appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.205 of 2013 was completed and a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruttani, on 29.01.2016 and the same was pending. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
