This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 20.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.25480 of 2022 filed in Crime No.119 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25480 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 with a condition that he shall execute a Bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chenglepet. He would further submit that the petitioner hails from the respectable family in Gujarat and his own brother, who is a businessman from Gujarat and his close friend, who is also a businessman in Chennai, had offered a stand as sureties for him, whereas, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chenglepet, has insisted that the sureties should deposit the Original Title Deeds for documentary security. He would further submit that the petitioner is unable to furnish the documentary security and thereby he would seek for modification and also seeks a direction to the learned Judicial 1/3
Magistrate-II, Chenglepet, to accept the sureties without insisting for Original Title Deeds.

In view of the above, the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 20.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.25480 of 2022 filed in Crime No.119 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chenglepet".
4. The learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chenglepet is directed not to insist upon the petitioner's sureties for production of documents/Original Title Deeds.
