ORDER

Writ petition is filed for a issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose the petitioners representation dated 28.05.2024.

2. The petitioner states that, there are discrepancies in the names of his parents and his date of birth in school records and the 10 th , 11 th and 12 th mark 1/4

sheets and Transfer certificate. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to correct the aforesaid discrepancies to the 1 st respondent on 28.05.2024, since, no action was taken thereon, the petitioner filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer in the writ petition, a direction is issued to both the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 28.05.2024, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
