ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.07.2022, current paper enquiry has been conducted in C.No.320 of 2022 and it has been closed on 25.08.2022 that the matter is civil in nature. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Sid), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the respondent police shall furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioners. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings either under Section 156(3) or 200 Cr.P.C.
