Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband namely Pandiyan,S/o. Kunjithapatham,aged 51 years, vide detention order dated 24.07.2025, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein made in the proceedings in C.O.C.No.28/2025and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the detune, before this Honble Court and thereafter set him at liberty from Central Prison, Cuddalore For Petitioner :
