ORDER

The petitioner alleging that his Daughter and Son-in-law preventing him from selling his property and also threatening the prospective buyer is before this Court seeking police protection.

2. This Court on perusing the affidavit filed along with the writ petition seeking mandamus is of the view that it is purely a civil dispute between the father and the daughter and police cannot interfere in this matter in any way. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
