Crl.M.P.No.16498 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16498 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21901 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21901 of 2022 by order dated 14.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21901 of 2022 by order dated 14.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
