This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents police 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with civil dispute pending in O.S.No.183 of 2013 on the file of District Munsif Court, Tittagudi at the instance of private respondents 4 to 5 herein.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Paapa lodged a complaint against this petitioner in CSR.No.1 of 2016. Thereafter, the de facto complainant did not turn up for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He further submitted that since the de facto complainant not cooperated with the enquriy, the said CSR was closed and there is no need to give any specific direction as sought for by the petitioner.
