(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment on a cart-track and waterbody.

3. Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that authorities would conduct survey and depending upon the survey report, further steps would be undertaken.
