O R D E R

Though the petitioner herein has sought for in the present petition to quash the FIR on the grounds that the complainant in the impugned FIR has also made a false complaint, which has been registered in the FIR No. 171 of 2019, in my view, the authenticity of the averments made in the complaint is a subject matter of investigation and this count may not be justified in finding out the veracity of the facts of the case. Nevertheless, if the respondent police is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in a stipulated time, the ends of justice would be secured.

2.In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.172 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
