O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to direct the seventh respondent to provide adequate protection for implementation of the orders of the third respondent dated 14.08.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.02.2017 has been completed and the same has been closed in C.S.R.No.30 of 2017.

It is seen that in the year 2017, complaint was lodged by the petitioner i.e. on 05.08.2017, wherein enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in the year 2017 itself. However, the seventh respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court concerned.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
