O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 22.03.2023 within the time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per direction of the Director of Settlement dated 06.03.2023, the

petitioner has filed a Revision Petition on the file of the first respondent well within the limitation period. Though the petitioner has filed the Revision Petition on 22.03.2023, neither notice has been sent nor the revision petition has been taken on file.

4. Under the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent to take the Revision Petition on file, if it is otherwise in order and issue notice to all the interested parties and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
