This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the Final report in CC No.2/2022 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate, Land Grabbing case, Thiruvallur in Crime no.30/2013 (Renumbered from CC.No.58/2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee).

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the issue has been comprised between the parties in Crl.RC.No.1478 of 12025.
