Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders approving the appointment of the petitioner Mrs. S.M. Anita working as B.T. Asst (Science) in the fifth respondent Sacred Heart Girls Higher Secondary School Kilacheri - 631 402 w.e.f 02.07.2018 with all service and monetary benefits.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders approving the appointment of the petitioner Mrs. SM.Anita as B.T. Asst (Schience) in the fifth respondent Sacred Heart Girls Higher Secondary School Kilacheri - 631 402 w.e.f 02.06.2018 with all service and monetary benefits.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was promoted and appointed as B.T. Assistant [Science] in the fifth respondent school on 02.07.2018 and proposal for approval of the appointment of the petitioner has been sent to the fourth respondent on 16.08.2018. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 4. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that since proposal has been submitted in the year 2018, if a fresh proposal is sent, the same will be considered and Orders will be passed on the same within a period of two months.

4. In such view of the matter, the fifth respondent is directed to send a fresh proposal for appointment of the petitioner to the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of such proposal, the respondents 1 to 4 shall pass Orders on the same within a period of two months thereafter. 3/5
