The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8644 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the condition and that investigation is completed, further petitioner has no previous case.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
