ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to directing the 3rd respondent to implement the communication given by the 2nd respondent dated 2/6
13.02.2024 and consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 31.01.2024.
2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2, 3, 5 & 6 and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 4.
3. Today, none appeared for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the present issue is pertaining to the disposal of representation filed by the petitioner on 31.10.2024.
4. Further, he would submit that subsequent to the filing of aforesaid representation, the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.02.2024, had directed 3rd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation. Hence, he request this Court to grant 8 weeks time to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner. 3/6
5. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

In the case on hand, it was submitted by the learned Government advocate that subsequent to the filing of aforesaid representation, the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.02.2024, had directed 3rd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the 3rd respondent till date.
7. In view of the above, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4/6
8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
