The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the petition in the proceedings C.C.No.73 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court at Cheyyur.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner / accused would submit that there was no stay in the matter and pending disposal of the main Crl.O.P, the trial in C.C.No.73 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court at Cheyyur has been completed and the petitioner has been acquitted. He would further submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the complaint.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed as infructuous.
