This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioners in the above second appeal.

2. Mr.P.Sivakumar, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that during the pendency of first appeal, the 4th respondent purchased the suit properties on 28.06.2023. However, in order to have a binding adjudication, the 4th respondent herein, who was originally not a party to the suit and appeal proceedings, she is to be arrayed as 4th respondent in the above S.A. Hence, it is just and necessary that the cause title as shown in the above Second Appeal may be accepted. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the above Second Appeals it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 19.11.2024.
