ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1987 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur by its order dated 20.10.2022. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, while enlarging the petitioner on bail, imposed the condition that "the petitioner shall produce solvent sureties of like sum, and shall deposit documents worth about Rs.14,00,000/- and the sureties to swear in the affidavit to the effect that the original documents should be retained by the court, which is worth about Rs.14,00,000/- and the same would not be taken back till the trial proceedings is over" and he seeks modification of the condition.

3. Considering that the petition for modification has been filed directly before this Court, without seeking for modification before the Court concerned, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court concerned.
