Crl.M.P. No.13356 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17216 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17216 of 2024 by an order dated 30.07.2024 and directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
