This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19360 of 2024 that (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that investigation is almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays for a period of two months. Accordingly, ordered.
