in Company Petition No. 115 of 2004 K.KUMARESH BABU, J This application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (a) To take this report on record.

(b) To permit the official liquidator to value the land pertains to the company in liquidation admeasuring 5.5 acres through ITCOT or IBBI valuers who has already valued the subject company's land situated at A.Kalaiyambathur Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District earlier as mentioned in Para - 15 of this report; and (c) To pass order/s as may be deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application Page No.1/3

as prayed for. The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to value the land pertains to the company in liquidation admeasuring 5.5 acres through ITCOT or IBBI valuers who has already valued the subject company's land situated at A.Kalaiyambathur Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District earlier as mentioned in Para - 15 of this report.
