This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.18/2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, W-35, All Women Police Station, Tambaram, Chennai-45 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.18 of 2017 and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.111 of 2017 on the file of the Session Court, Chengalpattu. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
