ORDER

The petitioners have filed these Writ Petitions praying for issuance of Writs of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner, dated 06.06.2016 to fix pay on par with their junior Velus Rose and to grant monetary benefits with effect from 14.02.2011.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in similar facts and circumstances, in W.P.No.35603 of 2016, by order dated 17.10.2016, this Court has disposed of the said Writ Petition by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Hence, following the above said order of this Court, the present Writ Petitions are also disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners, dated 06.06.2016 with regard to fixation of pay on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

par with their junior Velus Rose and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
