ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.608 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.608 of 2022 had been registered, for the offences under Sections under sections 447 and 427 of IPC . After investigation, final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file as PRC No.19 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee.
