This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Fast Track Magistrate (Magisterial Level) Alandur to consider the petitions filed to re-call the warrant, suspend the sentence on the surrender of the petitioner before the Court in one and the same day on merits in accordance with law in connection with C.C.No.134 of 2018 dated 05.09.2022, passed by the learned Fast Track Magistrate (Magisterial Level) Alandur.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and an endorsement to that effect also has been made by him.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
