The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee on every day at 10.30 am until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.19259 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
