O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have perused the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner. The intent of the petitioner is obvious that in her opinion the judgment of the Madurai Bench of this Court is flawed. In fact, the petitioner who is a young lawyer, goes on to state that ''while one might excuse the errors of the Madurai Bench's order as one of lack of foresight'' - language which should have been eschewed. The petitioner has also referred to the implementation of the demonetization policy which is alleged to have caused loss of life and disruption of economic livelihood. Those would be matters of implementation rather than challenge to the policy and the Hon'ble Supreme Court is already in seizin of that issue.
2.We are, thus, not inclined to entertain this petition, a coordinate bench of this Court having examined the whole issue in W.P. (MD) No.21634 of 2016 (M.Seeni Ahamed vs. The Union of India, rep. By its Secretary, Ministry of Finance, and Others), decided on 10.11.2016.
3.Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.35203 of 2016 also stands dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar sra To 1.The Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Union of India, New Delhi.
