ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.231 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.231 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) of BNS. After due investigation, a final report has been filed through E.Filing No.CC 20230001332 C 202500284 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur on 21.08.2025 and the same is yet to be numbered.

3. He further submitted that the name of the petitioner has been excluded from the said final report.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
