This application has been filed condone the delay of 56 days in filing the revision.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 5 objects to condonation of delay stating that the petitioner has not made out sufficient cause. The other respondents, despite being served with notice, have not chosen to appear.

3. I have independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application seeking condonation of delay. I find that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condonation of delay and the delay is also not inordinate it does not cause any serious prejudice to the respondents, including the contesting respondents 2 and 5. Hence I am inclined to allow the application.
