FB TANGEDCO Proceeding No.11 (Administrative Branch) dated 11.06.2020 and the action of the respondent in rejecting the petitioner applications for compassionate appointment firstly on the ground that she did not complete 18 years of age and subsequently on the ground that her applications were not made within 3 years from the date of death of her father as illegal, irrational, arbitrary,

unjust, unreasonable and violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution and to direct the respondents to provide the petitioner appointment on compassionate grounds without reference to the above two conditions and by taking into account only the penurious and distress conditions of his family within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
