ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the pay benefits of the petitioner by disposing his representation dated 14.06.2025,within a time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
