O R D E R

The petitioners herein, who have been granted anticipatory bail, are not willing to comply with the condition directing them to report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, and to co-operate with the investigation. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

2. Considering the condition imposed by the trial Court while granting anticipatory bail, this Court finds no merit in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioners fail to co-operate with the investigation by reporting themselves before the Investigating Officer, the trial Court shall take necessary action in terms of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala reported in [(2005)13 SCC 283].
