ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2019 within a stipulated time as this Court fixes.

2. The petitioner submitted representation dated 03.09.2019 before the respondents to measure and earmark the boundary in respect of his patta land comprised in T.S.No.714/3 situated at Coonoor Town, Block No.11, Survey Field No.42 admeasuring to the extent of 3 ares and 22 sq.meter, The Nilgiris District.

3. On receipt of the same, the 1st respondent carried out town survey in the aforesaid land and earmarked the boundaries in the presence of the petitioner as early as on 31.10.2019 itself and a copy of the same also duly served to the petitioner.

4. Recorded the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
