ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition was filed seeking direction to the respondent to forthwith constitute Maintenance Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal as provided under Sections 7 and 15 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
2. The counter-affidavit has been filed affirming that the Tribunals are already constituted as per the notification dated 31.12.2009 and the Officers are in place. The Citizen's Charter-2016 has also been placed in the website. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. We do not appreciate the endeavour of the petitioner, who had come to the Court without verifying the facts and styled the petition as public interest litigation.
