C.M.P.No.21235 of 2022 C.M.P.No.21235 of 2022 in S.A.(SR).No.85771 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 254 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.4707/-.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that after the papers were returned, the original Judgment and preliminary decree could not be found. The papers were mixed up with the disposed bundles. In view of all these reasons, there was a delay in representation and also paying the deficit court fees.

3. In view of the reasons stated, the delay of 254 days in representation is condoned.

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

5. The Registry to proceed with numbering S.A.(SR).No.85771 of 2020, if it is otherwise in order.
