This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Though the learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondent, there was no representation when the matter was called on 03.07.2023. Even today there is no representation for the respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
