ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the first respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in WP.No.2530 of 2015 dated 11.09.2023, thereby respondents 1 & 2 in the aforesaid writ petition had been directed to re-designate the post of Mechanic Grade-II held by the petitioner as Mechanic Grade-I w.e.f 26.11.2007 within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.2530 of 2015 dated 11.09.2023 has been complied with by the first respondent by the Government Order dated 11.06.2025, which has been produced before this Court.
