This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records relating to the order dated 13.02.2017 passed in Crl. M.P. No.6435 of 2016 in C.C. No.84 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Coimbatore and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the criminal proceedings in C.C. No.84 of 2010 is disposed of by the Trial Court. Hence, there is nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
