Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the "Impugned Format" in Annexure-I in order dated 09.06.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent bearing No.25-10/27/ 2023-PG and quash the same for being without any statutory guidelines or procedural safeguards and subsequently call for the records of the "Impugned Publication" dated 21.03.
2025 issued by the 3rd respondent in the Tamil Daily "Dhina Thanthi" (Tiruppur Edition) in respect of the proposed 230 KV Transmission Line Project from Senapathipalayam (Pooling Station), Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District to Karur PS (ISTS S/s) and quash the same for being vague, arbitrary, ultra vires and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue fresh Public Notice clearly disclosing the survey numbers, names of the land owners, extent of the affected lands, villagewise details of affected lands, route alignment map, and complete particulars of the transmission corridor and further to ensure that objections from landowners are received and adjudicated by an independent and impartial authority other than the project proponent.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for petitioners sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Recording his statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.33005 to 33007 of 2025 are dismissed. No costs.
