Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.4733 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024. 2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

This Court at the time of passing orders in W.P.No.4733 of 2024 on 27.02.2024, directed the respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty with all benefits including continuity of service forthwith. Aggrieved by the said order, the respondent has preferred W.A.No.1164 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by order dated 16.04.2025 partly stayed the order of this Court in respect of payment of backwages alone and directed the respondent to reinstate the petitioner. Now, the respondent has produced the order dated 30.05.2024 reinstating the petitioner.
