In connection with pathway dispute, on receipt of the complaint, the police has called the petitioners herein for enquiry. Apprehending that they 1/4

will harass, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed . 2.

However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that on the appearance of the party, enquiry was conducted and both the parties given an undertaking that they will settle the dispute by measuring the land through Revenue Department. 3.

In the light of the above development, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition.
