This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for one month in Crl.O.P.No.12117 of 2024 dated 04.06.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was unable to mobilise the funds due to his ill health and also taking into consideration the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
