A. No.5315 of 2024 in C.S. No.649 of 2003 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The learned counsel for the respondents / plaintiffs has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. This application has been filed by the second defendant in the suit, seeking to condone the delay of 7570 days in filing the adoption memo for adopting the written statement dated 07.08.2014 filed by the first defendant along with defendant Nos.11, 13 to 17 in the suit.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and accordingly, the adoption memo filed by the second defendant is taken on record and as per the same, it is recorded that the second defendant has adopted the written statement filed by the first defendant which is dated 07.08.2014. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by both the counsels that the Trial is in part heard stage. The plaintiffs shall appear before the Additional Master IV for recording evidence on 20.11.2024.

4. The learned Additional Master IV is directed to complete recording the entire evidence, both plaintiffs' side as well as the defendants' side, within a period of three months thereafter.
