Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in Naka (M2)/28822/2014 dated 20.07.2015 and consequently, direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to complete the erection of compound wall around lands comprised in Town Survey No.219/1, Gangai Amman Koil Street, Arani, owned by the 3rd respondent Waqf.
