PRAYER : Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in A.R.C.Nos.309 of 2014 and 483 of 2014 respectively on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the order of attachment dated 24.07.2014 and 07.05.2015 respectively and consequently direct the second respondent herein to delete the entry of attachment dated 28.07.2014 and the declare / remove the endorsement of attachement dated 12.05.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respectively from the encumbrance certificate in respect of survey number 164/3A and Survey no.164/41 as per patta measuring an undivided share of 572 sq.ft., and a constructed the flat of 1120 sq.ft in Ramagiri Layout, velachery, Chennai For Petitioner : Mr.G.Surya Narayanan For Respondents: No Appearance.

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions and he has made endorsements to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty either to approach the competent court and obtain an order vacating the attachment or file a Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
