ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 14.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26435 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.A comprehensive order has been passed by the District Collector by proceedings dated 26.03.2018. Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved, they have to challenge it in the manner known to law.

3.We do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. Thus, leaving all the issues open to be agitated

before the appropriate forum, this contempt petition is closed.
